Your key responsibilities

Being part of the People Consulting Sales Enablement team as a Manager, with specialization in Sales Enablement, you are expected to be a sales thought leader with excellent facilitation skills and able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Create & deliver end-to-end sales learning experiences including but not limited to sales learning journeys, innovative learning content, sales trainings and interactive workshops,  
• Explore new ways to add value to our clients through their sales enablement strategy development and implementation.
• Participate in market, sales and business development activities for our Consulting Services.
• Work in teams of EY professionals across different countries with diverse backgrounds, aiming to use your knowledge and experience to contribute to out-of-the-box solutions  and to deliver quality services.
• Work with leading organizations to help them create long term value with their people to enhance sales and ensure sustainable growth.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 10+ years of previous experience working in a professional service, public or private sector organization, in the areas of sales or as a sales trainer
• Excellent academic background, including minimum a bachelor’s degree preferably in business and/or human sciences. Post graduate studies from business or engineering schools would be considered an asset.
• Strong experience in sales Learning & Development in a professional services would be desirable.
• Experience in working with diverse and agile teams;
• Multi-sector & international experience will be considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as presentation skills in Greek and English. Fluent English is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated.
• Demonstrated integrity and work ethic.
