Office Relocation Project – Fixed‑Term Contract

Contract Duration: 6–7 months (Fixed‑term)
Working Location: Athens (On‑site)

The Opportunity

We are looking for Student On‑Site Technology Support Assistants to join our team on a 6–7 month fixed‑term contract.

This role requires no prior professional experience and is ideal for students who:

• Are studying IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Are interested in how technology supports modern workplaces
• Want hands‑on exposure to IT support and office relocation activities

You will work on‑site, supporting the setup and smooth operation of technology during the office move, while receiving guidance and on‑the‑job training.

Your key responsibilities 

As part of the On‑Site Technology Support team, you will:

• Assist with technology setup during office relocation, including workstations, equipment moves, and basic installations
• Help prepare laptops, monitors, keyboards, and accessories for employees
• Support onboarding activities by setting up equipment for new joiners
• Assist with collecting and organizing IT equipment from departing employees
• Provide basic, hands‑on IT support for everyday user issues
• Help track and manage IT assets (labelling, inventory, distribution)
• Assist with meeting room and event technology setups
• Escalate technical issues to senior team members when required
• Follow clear procedures and work as part of a supportive team

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and manage simple tasks independently
• Comfortable working in an on‑site office environment

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• University students (undergraduate or postgraduate) or recent graduates
• Field of study in:
• IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
• Basic familiarity with:
• Microsoft Office tools
• Using laptops, mobile devices, and common applications
• Ability to communicate in Greek and English
• Availability to work on‑site for the full contract duration

No prior work experience required
