The opportunity

EY Aqurance, a proud member of EY’s global organization, brings deep expertise in Life Sciences consulting and long-standing experience in digital transformation, working in close collaboration with teams across countries.

As part of our team, you will support Life Sciences clients in improving processes, following modern platforms, and driving business value through structured analysis and problem-solving. You will gain exposure to international work, advanced technology, and AI-enabled approaches that shape how the industry operates.

Your key responsibilities

Lead the Customer

• Partner with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on Life Sciences commercial processes, digital transformation, and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and third-party partners.
• Support account growth through strategic planning, customer success initiatives, and identification of new business opportunities.

Delivery

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver successful Life Sciences technology and transformation programs.
• Guide customers in optimizing commercial operations, customer engagement, and platform utilization through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee project governance, release management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 5+ years of consulting, business analysis, project management, or digital transformation experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech commercial processes, customer engagement models, and industry regulations.
• Knowledge of Veeva commercial cloud, Salesforce, or other Life Sciences technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience presenting software solutions and leading business and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
