Your key responsibilities

As a Junior Auditor, you will work on various Audit projects in different industries (Core, Financial Services & Insurance, Shipping). You will be influencing clients and engagement teams that will impact entire sectors by:

• Leveraging AI and technology solutions to offer high-quality deliverables
• Following the full cycle of Auditing processes step-by-step as the firm and industry define
• Learning from hands-on participation in regulatory-driven reviews and reporting, business process and controls advisory
• Building strong relationships with clients to better serve their business
• Developing a strong technical backbone in connection with experienced professionals across global teams.

Your selection process journey

1. Skills assessment through technical and personality tests

2. First interview with HR representatives including a career development discussion

2. An Assessment center, for the successful candidates of the first 2 stages, which will include:

3.1 Presentations of each Audit Sub‑Group (Core / Financial Services & Insurance / Shipping) from our EY Audit leaders

3.2 Real‑life case study for analytical thinking and problem‑solving

3.3 Individual interview with an EY Audit hiring manager

3. Structured feedback on your application.
   
   

Your onboarding experience

• A designated Buddy and a Counselor to feel welcome and get fully integrated
• 2 weeks full of physical training and e-learnings on Audit processes
• Immediate start of your Professional Qualification (ACCA/ACA/JES/AMP)

Skills and attributes for success

To succeed, you should have:

• A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field of study
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Eligibility to travel, domestic and abroad, in accordance with business requirements

Ideally, you will also

• Work already towards one of the professional accountancy qualifications
