The opportunity

We’re seeking a Motion Designer to join our fast-growing Marketing team at EY Studio+ Athens. You’ll contribute to the development of impactful creative output across integrated campaigns, bringing strong motion craft, storytelling skills, and attention to detail. Working closely with a talented team of creative experts, through engaging motion design, you will bring to life creative concepts across a range of industries—including financial services, consumer markets, manufacturing, and government.

Your key responsibilities

As a Motion Designer, you'll contribute to the creation of high-quality motion content, ensuring consistency and compelling craft across deliverables. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and social media specialists, you will develop engaging motion assets that enhance storytelling and elevate the overall creative output.

Also, you will:

• Create motion assets for integrated campaigns, including social, digital, and branded content.
• Produce animations and video content based on creative briefs and design direction.
• Collaborate with designers and creatives to ensure visual consistency across deliverables.
• Adapt and optimize content across formats, platforms, and channels.
• Stay up to date with motion, video, and content trends, applying new techniques in your work.
• Ensure high standards of quality, attention to detail, and timely delivery across all outputs.

Skills and attributes for success:

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, ideally within an agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video work across digital channels.
• Proficiency in motion and video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to translate creative direction into clear and engaging motion outputs.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Advanced communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and non-creative teams.
• Fluency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience using AI-driven tools in motion and content production workflows.
• Strong video editing and sound design skills.
• Familiarity with social-first content and platform-specific formats (e.g. short-form video).

• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across assets.

Our team works with clients both in Greece and internationally. Your ability and willingness to travel and work on-site and remotely with clients in different countries will be an advantage.
