What the competition is all about

Through interactive challenges, case studies, and coaching, you’ll experience what it feels like to work at one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms. You’ll meet EY teams, expand your network, sharpen your analytical thinking — and have fun doing it.

Your journey

Phase 1: Local Competition – Greece

Complete personality and technical online assessments. Join a virtual interview with our EY Greece Talent Team. Spend a day at the EY Greece offices, work on a real case, and present it to our panel of judges. Receive coaching and mentorship from EY professionals throughout the process.

The winner earns prizes — and also a full‑time graduate opportunity within EY‑Parthenon Greece.

Phase 2: Global Preparation

The Greek winner receives dedicated coaching to prepare for the global finals.

Phase 3: Global Final

Represent Greece on the global stage, competing with finalists from around the world in an international destination hosted by EY-Parthenon.

Who can apply

We welcome:

• Undergraduate students (3rd year and above) and/or Postgraduate or MBA students with backgrounds in: Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Candidates with no relevant professional experience

What we’re looking for

• Genuine interest in strategy, transactions or corporate finance
• Strong communication skills (Greek & English)
• Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset & eagerness to learn
• Team players who thrive in diverse groups
• Creativity, analytical thinking and attention to detail
