How Does It Work?

Phase 1: Local Competition

 

  1. You will be asked to complete online assessment tests – both personality and technical
  2. The successful candidates will be asked to participate on virtual interview with EY’s HR & Tax leaders
  3. The finalists of the local competition will visit EY’s premises to present a case study provided by us
  4. The winner will be named Greece’s Young Tax Professional of the Year 2025   

 

Phase 2: Virtual Global Competition

 

  1. The Greece’s Young Tax Professional of the Year 2025 will be coached and trained by Tax experts for upcoming virtual competition
  2. The winner will represent EY Greece on the global virtual event that will take place in January 2025

 

Phase 3: Physical Global Competition

 

  1. 10 finalists from the phase 2, will be selected to compete on a final stage that will take place in one of the countries around the world that EY operates (Last year was conducted in Vancouver, Canada)

 

Who Can Participate?

  • All undergraduate and post-graduate students with Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business or Law studies (relevant experience 0 to 6 months) and strong interest and motivation for Tax field
  • Excellent knowledge of English language both oral and written
  • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
