That’s why we are launching the Data Engineering Bootcamp, an immersive learning experience focused on Databricks, designed for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Throughout this Bootcamp, you will gain hands-on experience with modern data engineering concepts and the Databricks ecosystem, collaborating with EY professionals who deliver cutting edge data, analytics and AI solutions for leading organizations across industries. Through instructor-led training, practical exercises and real-world business use cases, you will develop valuable technical skills while preparing for industry-recognized certifications, setting the foundation for a successful career in data and technology. 

While participants will be thoroughly prepared for Databricks Data Engineer certification, they will also explore how Databricks AI capabilities are transforming modern data engineering practices. The program introduces AI-assisted pipeline development and troubleshooting, governance and metadata management, data quality monitoring, lineage and impact analysis, and intelligent data transformation.

This complementary module showcases emerging AI-powered capabilities within the Databricks and demonstrates how organizations can enhance productivity, governance, and operational efficiency across the data engineering lifecycle.

High-performing participants may be considered for employment opportunities with EY Greece and have the opportunity to join EY's AI & Data Center of Excellence.

Program overview: 

• When: Early October 2026 

• Where: Athens, On-site 

• How: A 3-week training program

• Facilitators: EY professionals with hands-on experience in Data Engineering  

• Focus Area: Data Engineering with Databricks 

• Blended Learning Experience: Practical, instructor-led sessions combining technical training with real-world business use cases. 

What we’re looking for: 

• You are a curious and motivated final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field.  

• You are passionate about data, technology, and solving complex problems through innovative solutions. 

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical mindset, and a genuine passion for learning and grow. 

• You are motivated to learn and develop hands-on skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation drive success. 

• You are familiar with programming, databases, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, or data platforms. Hands on experience in any of these areas will be considered an asset. 

• You are interested in Databricks, data platforms, data pipelines, and real-world data transformation use cases. 

• You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset.  Beyond technical knowledge, we value curiosity, innovation, and the ability to work in an agile environment. If you are eager to develop your skills and thrive in a fast-moving world of technology and data, we would love to hear from you.
