The opportunity

 

Are you passionate about driving customer-led digital transformation? Join our Innovation and Experience Design (IXD) team as a Digital Experience Consultant/Senior Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate, with industry leaders to design and implement cutting-edge digital experiences, taking advantage of the EY Design Lab, working across the entire project lifecycle—from inception to execution—using agile methodologies and design thinking.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support Digital Experience Initiatives: Participate in digital experience initiatives and translate business requirements into actionable configurations, leveraging platform capabilities to deliver personalized, seamless customer experiences
  • Infuse CX capabilities: Partner with UI/UX Designers and Development teams during implementation leveraging your expertise in CMS, CRM, CDP and marketing tools.
  • Engage with Clients: Develop detailed personas, journey maps, and lead client meetings/workshops service blueprints to identify and address client needs.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Facilitate and lead workshops with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather insights, co-create solutions, and drive alignment

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating collaborative workshops, guiding stakeholders through ideation, alignment, and solution development.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proficient in creating personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and other design artifacts that accurately reflect customer needs and service interactions.
  • Digital Expertise: Experience with digital experience platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, etc

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • between 3-6 years of experience in Business and Technology Transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, and requirement gathering.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
