The opportunity

EY Aqurance, a proud member of EY’s global organization, brings deep expertise in Life Sciences consulting and long-standing experience in digital transformation, working in close collaboration with teams across countries.

As part of our team, you will support Life Sciences clients in improving processes, following modern platforms, and driving business value through structured analysis and problem-solving. You will gain exposure to international work, advanced technology, and AI-enabled approaches that shape how the industry operates.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Advise clients on product capabilities, best practices and possible enhancements to meet evolving needs.
• Participate in Veeva Vault implementation and configuration projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support data analysis, data transformation, and data loading activities.
• Assist in product demonstrations and keep supporting documentation up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Configure and improve user-facing features.
• Develop reusable components and configuration assets.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with clients’ business needs.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern IT concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and related business processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to write SQL queries and understand data models.
• Understanding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Salesforce or other Life Sciences technology platforms is considered a strong advantage.
