We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Manager as part of our high performing Technology Transformation Team. The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager specialized in the Insurance industry with a wide range of responsibilities from managing projects focused on the ever-changing tech demands of the market, to overseeing large and complex technical transformation programs that truly transform client organizations.

Our clients face business & tech demands such as insurance ecosystems, straight-through-processing & claims automation, subscription models for insurance, and moving towards the direct channel.

We need your help to advise our clients on defining and implementing their IT strategies, operating models, IT architecture, innovation programs and large technology implementations.

 

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, a key part of your role will be to :

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships within the insurance industry
  • Quickly understand complex strategy concepts
  • Deliver quality services
  • Coach and counsel junior team members, and help them to further develop.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience with a consulting firm or a strategic/consulting/management role at an insurer
  • Experience in the leading and delivery of a variety of strategy projects; analysis, benchmarking, value creating strategies, strategic planning process; operating model design; IT architecture design, adoption of new technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, digital technologies etc.) and leading large scale technology transformation projects
  • Experience in Business development including proposal development and client relationship building
  • Thorough understanding of the Insurance industry
  • Fluent (oral and written) in English and Dutch

 

Ideally, you’ll also have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Well-articulated interest and vision of digital trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the financial services industry
  • Analyzing systems and procedures, stakeholder management, cloud technologies, ERP/CRM implementation, software testing, and project management
  • Experience with Insurance specific solutions (e.g. Fadata, GuideWire, FintechOS).
