Your new job | About your main responsibilities

This newly created role brings dedicated commercial support to EY’s Audit business, at the core of Assurance. You will help translate Audit priorities into clear actions by strengthening pipeline discipline, supporting the Partner and/or Audit Firm Rotations for multinational and large sized entities, coordinating major audit tenders and pursuits, and advancing the Audit commercial agenda. This includes overseeing and optimizing client experiences.

With your structure, insight and drive, you will help Audit leadership and engagement teams focus on client relationships, audit quality and sustainable growth. Positioned within EY’s Clients & Industries team, the role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic, client-facing leader who helps shape and steer the national commercial strategy for audits for multinational and large accounts in the coming years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support EY’s Audit growth agenda by turning strategy, priorities and pipeline insights into clear commercial actions.
• Coordinate major audit pursuits and tenders, from early win strategy to proposal storylines, reviews and follow-up.
• Support the Audit Client Experience (CX) agenda by executing feedback interviews, win/loss reviews and translating client insights into improvements.
• Strengthening commercial discipline through pipeline reporting, dashboards, forecasting and adoption of technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, remove blockers and keep decisions moving.
• Build practical playbooks, templates and ways of working that make Audit growth, pursuits and CX more consistent and scalable.

You will be part of EY’s Clients & Industries team and work closely with colleagues across Audit, Assurance and Clients & Industries, so as Finance, Legal and Risk. In this role, you will help to connect commercial priorities, client insights, pursuits and operational follow-up so that Audit leadership and engagement teams can focus on client relationships, audit quality and sustainable growth.

Clients & Industries professionals work closely with business colleagues locally and globally to deliver optimal client service and develop innovative commercial initiatives. They help drive go-to-market strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary client teams, lead major commercial projects and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and partners.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

You bring structure, commercial insight and a strong execution mindset. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, translating data and client feedback into practical actions, and helping teams improve the way they manage growth, pursuits and Client Experience.

We are looking for someone with:

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, business development, audit, Client Experience, strategy or consulting.
• Strong project and process leadership, with the ability to create structure and drive execution.
• High analytical skill and the ability to translate data and client feedback into insights.
• Experience supporting large pursuits, tenders or strategic proposals.
• A client-centric mindset and genuine passion for Client Experience.
• Proficiency with digital and AI-enabled sales tools.
• Sensitivity to team dynamics and the ability to assess the fit between our teams and client stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
