Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As a Senior within the Forensic & Integrity Services Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in preventing, detecting, and responding to risks such as commercial and cybercrime, litigation, and enhancing organizational integrity. Utilizing advanced technology (including digital forensics, AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies) you will empower clients and their legal counsel to make informed, strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technical solutions that digitize clients' compliance and investigation processes. You will provide technology for investigating or preventing fraud, corruption, and misconduct throughout the engagement lifecycle for both international and national clients across various industries.

Additionally, you will coordinate forensic projects, ensuring efficient execution of procedures while monitoring quality and deadlines. As the technical specialist, you will facilitate communication with non-technical team members and stakeholders, assist in conducting forensic analyses, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients. You will also report on project progress to senior team members and leadership, offering valuable insights throughout the project.

The Forensic & Integrity Services team is a rapidly growing department within our organization. Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals focus on advising on compliance and integrity issues, as well as investigating integrity breaches. Our professionals assist organizations with fraud investigations, analysis of business disputes, post-bankruptcy investigations, and litigation preparations. F&IS also supports EY's audit teams in their work related to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and regulatory compliance.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of (Forensic) Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Business IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or any another relevant study in this field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an (forensic) IT environment, preferably including programming and relational database design and management as well as developing and applying AI supplemented solutions.
  • Being familiar with an engagement lifecycle, such as data acquisition, data management and data archiving in a forensic manner.
  • Experience with computer forensics applications such as EnCase, FTK, Magnet Axiom or Cellebrite, with document review platforms including Relativity(One), NUIX or Reveal.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI and MS Azure Services.
