The Opportunity

This role is part of our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice in the Netherlands. This is an experienced and diverse group of professionals involved in assisting clients to effectively manage their employee-related challenges. This practice focuses on projects related to HR transformations supported by HR technology. As an experienced Digital HR consultant you will deliver high quality customer service and solutions that give clients valuable insights, while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Your key responsibilities

- Facilitating and/or guiding Digital HR Transformations;

- Ownership for one or more components in a project;

- Building and maintaining your knowledge on HR technology and solutions on the market;

- Analyzing the customer requirements concerning the design of HR systems and challenging the customer where necessary;

- Analyzing and optimizing HR processes.

- Supports and challenges clients with insights and advice on HR technology and HR process improvement;

- Brings ideas, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to clients and helps them solve their challenges;

To qualify for the role you must have 

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR (IT) field within a consulting/project environment.

- Demonstrable experience in working with HR technology or implementing HR technology.

- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

- Analytical, proactive, flexible, solution-oriented and critical;

- An approachable person who is social and able to build a professional network and spot opportunities, both internally and externally;

- Able to work both independently and in a team, a real people person;

- Proud of your work and able to inspire and guide younger colleagues on projects.
