The Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team is at the heart of the financial services industry and aims to ensure the best performance of its clients in the field of Risk Management and thus contribute to a stable and healthy financial sector to support our motto of ‘building a better working world’. The team is part of the FSO Business Consulting practice within EY which advises financial institutions on strategic and organizational challenges. Within our broad range of services, the FSRM team distinguishes between four designated themes: Prudential Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Crime and Quantitative Analysis & Analytics.


The Prudential Risk team supports banks, asset managers, trading firms and insurance companies with supervisory analysis and regulatory reporting. We monitor and implement the latest regulatory standards, assist clients in review of their regulatory reports (COREP/FINREP/AnaCredit) and provide impact assessments on themes as ICAAP/ILAAP, SREP, COVID-19 reporting, and other supervisory requests. In addition to this, the Prudential Risk team has developed several applications that aid our business in the analysis of regulatory reports and provide key business insights.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

  • You have a 2 to 4 years of experience in the financial sector and preferably have obtained a master’s degree or operate at an academic level;
  • You know what it takes to get things done by managing your own responsibilities and looking out for the people around you. Project management skills and managerial tasks are definitely preferred;
  • You thrive in an international environment with people from various backgrounds;
  • You are eager to dive into new topics and to learn new skills as you apply yourself to help us shape the future of the financial sector.
