Your new job | About your main responsibilities
At EY, we are shaping the future of business development as we transition to an industry‑led, client‑centric organization. To accelerate this ambition, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will play a pivotal role in translating strategy into execution and enabling our commercial teams to win in the market.
This is a strategic and execution-oriented role at the heart of our Clients & Industries organization. You work closely with Clients & Industries leadership, sector teams, Finance, and business — both locally and internationally, to ensure that go-to-market priorities are turned into clear actions, robust pipeline management, and measurable commercial impact.
You enable growth by shaping how EY goes to market: strengthening decision-making, improving commercial discipline, and ensuring that teams have the insights, tools, and focus needed to succeed.
The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, commercial judgment, data and technology fluency, and hands-on delivery in a complex, international matrix environment.
As Sales Enablement Manager, you will:
- Turn strategy into execution by translating growth priorities into clear go-to-market plans, actions, dashboards, and decision frameworks for market-facing teams, while identifying and driving improvements in commercial processes and ways of working.
- Enable data-driven growth by strengthening pipeline governance, reporting, improving insight quality, and leading the rollout, adoption, and consistent use of core sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to senior Clients & Industries leadership on growth priorities, investment choices, and commercial direction, grounded in data and performance insights.
- Connect teams and capabilities by orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and facilitating knowledge sharing across Clients & Industries, Finance, business – local and international stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution.
- Embed a client-centric perspective by applying market, sector, and client insights to drive differentiation, focus, and commercial impact.
