The opportunity

The colleagues of the Service Excellence team at EY (part of the Supply Chain & Operations department) have a passion to support their clients to sustainably and continuously improve business results. Our focus is on long term sustainable value for our clients by focusing on Customer, Social, Employee, and Financial value. At EY, we believe that capability building and results should go hand in hand and we can only be successful if we enable our clients to practice Continuous Improvement autonomously. That is why we put significant focus on enabling, training and coaching the client’s employees and leadership. We do so in all layers of the organization and apply our expertise in the full spectrum of the business operations (e.g. strategy, process, customer, organization, employee, data, technology, leadership and culture). This brings the opportunity to work and learn from experts in different fields and allows you for variation in your work and a steep learning curve. You will typically work with a small team of 2 to 5 people. It’s your job to support these teams to be successful by delivering high quality, value adding work at our clients.

Next to your client work, you have the opportunity to become a counsellor for less experienced colleagues, mentoring them to be as successful as you one day. As part of the management team, you also contribute to a nice working atmosphere and team up with your peers to create a work environment which is both pleasant and effective to give our team and our clients the best experience that they can get.
