At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

Confidence in your impact today | Freedom to build tomorrow

At EY, you make an impact from day one. In our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will play an active role in building and scaling a logistics capability, working at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology. This is not a standard delivery role — this is an opportunity to take ownership, shape direction, and grow with a practice in build mode.

Your new job | About your role

You will lead and grow logistics transformation engagements, with a focus on operational performance, operating models, and execution capability rather than purely system implementation.

  • Lead workstreams and take ownership in delivering logistics transformation engagements, often in environments where structure still needs to be defined and built. You are expected to bring direction, create clarity, and drive progress in situations where not everything is fully outlined

  • Translate complex logistics challenges into practical, actionable solutions to improve end‑to‑end logistics operations and performance

  • Take ownership of delivery, ensuring quality, structure and clear outcomes for clients

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding discussions and supporting decision-making

  • Support the development of repeatable solutions and propositions within the logistics domain

  • Contribute to commercial activities, helping shape opportunities and grow client relationships

  • Coach and guide team members, while actively helping to build a high-performing and scalable team

Your new team | About your colleagues

The Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) team (~50 professionals) focuses on transforming end-to-end supply chains and operations. Within SC&O, the Logistics Transformation team is a growing capability, focused on:

  • logistics cost and performance improvement

  • operating model design

  • execution and control

  • digital and data-driven logistics

You will join a team that is actively building its position in the market, offering significant room for personal impact and growth.
