Your new job | About your main responsibilities
EY PAS is looking for a manager Executive Reward to support our reward practice focused on executive compensation, incentive plans closely working with our Global mobility, wage tax, labor law, M&A, and wider tax professionals. This person should have extensive executive compensation experience dealing with BoM, Remco and the regulatory environment like within FSO. the function is based in Amsterdam within our People Advisory Services practices and should have the capabilities and eagerness to further build out our executive compensation practice together with the other PAS professionals. Focus is on executive compensation not only in Netherlands but for Dutch based clients across the globe and foreign companies having executives in the Netherlands. Having experience working in an international environment is key although having the Dutch executive compensation practice and theoretical knowledge is a key requirement.

A key requirement is the in-depth technical reward knowledge while being able to team across EY is another key asset. The plan is to further build out the Reward practice enabling you to grow this practice enabling you also to take the next steps at EY.

 

Your new team | About your colleagues and the office

You will work in the People Advisory Services practice in Amsterdam with about 25 people in Amsterdam and about 200 in the Netherlands.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace, a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.

 

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

  • A completed university degree in area like People organization, economics or law
  • At minimum 5 years of exercise in executive compensation
  • Experience with Reward benchmarking, BoM executive advisory, drafting and reviewing Dutch remuneration reports and executive incentive plans
  • Extensive knowledge on the regulatory environment for reward mainly focused on executive compensation
