Confidence in your impact today. Freedom to build tomorrow.
At EY-Parthenon, you can be sure that you are making a difference - for your client, for society, for your colleagues and for your own development. At the same time, you will have the freedom to work in a way that fits your life. Whether you choose to specialize or broaden your expertise, you are in the driver’s seat. Together with ambitious colleagues in an open and trusted culture, you aim for the best every day. Big on opportunity, friendly in collaboration. Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team, you play a key role in helping clients navigate complex transactions and transformations. You work across the full deal lifecycle, covering divestments, integrations, and value creation. In this role, you support decisions that directly impact business performance and long-term value, working with leading corporates and investors on high-impact, often large-scale transactions.

We work end-to-end across the transaction lifecycle. On the sell side, we help clients prepare and separate businesses, from defining the transaction perimeter and designing standalone operating models and costing to executing the carve-out. On the buy side, we work with clients to evaluate (carved-out) acquisition targets, define integration strategies, and realize synergies. Beyond the transaction, we continue to work alongside clients to realize change, challenge status quo, capture synergies, and deliver measurable improvements in performance.

You work directly with clients on carve-outs, integrations, and transformations by structuring complex topics, advising on key decisions, and ensuring plans are translated into tangible results.

In your role, you:

  • Lead and execute in-depth analyses on business performance, cost structures, and operations, translating comingled data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable solutions, guiding workstreams from initial hypothesis through to implementation
  • Assess organizational setups and develop robust solutions, including standalone financials, operating model designs, and separation or integration approaches
  • Build robust business cases for synergies, cost optimization, and broader value creation opportunities, and support their realization
  • Translate strategic priorities into concrete actions and drive their execution to deliver tangible results
  • Work closely with clients to guide decision-making, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Support and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance, helping them grow while ensuring long-term, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with managers and senior stakeholders to refine hypotheses, challenge thinking, and steer overall project delivery

You are part of a close-knit team with a shared ambition, while bringing together a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. We work in a collaborative and supportive environment, where you learn from experienced colleagues, receive regular feedback, and have the opportunity to develop yourself quickly.
