We support clients across three pillars: Business Planning, Reporting & Analytics (BPR&A), Global Business Services & Finance Operations (GBS), and Finance Strategy, including working with clients to develop financial and integrated business plans, generate relevant and reliable steering insights and reports, and leverage advanced analytics and AI to enhance managerial decision making and drive firm performance. We support CFOs in leveraging new technologies to build the necessary modern finance capabilities. Together, we focus on aligning finance functions with business goals, ensuring our solutions support both functional excellence and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work with a young and dynamic team advising the CFO function (C-level management) in the areas of Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, and Global Business Services.
- As a (Senior) Manager you will be working alongside EY’s senior leadership team in delivering a variety of Finance Transformation work across Business Planning, Reporting, and Analytics (BPR&A).

- Drive one or more of the BPR&A solutions independently, related to financial and integrated business planning, enterprise performance management, and CFO-led sustainability.
- Design scalable, efficient and innovative solutions to support finance transformation initiatives, by integrating client business needs and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Utilize data: provide key insights using (non-)financial data to help CFOs become more data-driven. Enable true business partnering in finance, pivotal in targeting sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
- Engage with C-Level stakeholders: Work closely with CFOs and their teams, emphasizing talent development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leading organizational change management initiatives.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Support change management: ensure finance teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and capabilities to adopt new processes, tools, and technologies effectively. Lead change management efforts to support this transition.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Motivate and manage diverse, high-performing teams aligned with EY’s values. Share knowledge within the team to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships and networks with commercial focus: Develop strong connections with senior leaders within client organizations. Understand their most critical business challenges and priorities, and collaborate with your EY peers to turn these into new business opportunities.
