Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant Digital HR, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Guiding clients through digital HR transformations

Working alongside clients and leading project workstreams from planning through implementation with your team.

Analyzing the customer requirements concerning the design of HR systems and challenging the customer where necessary.

Analyzing and optimizing HR processes.

Applying change management and project management practices.
-
Preparing and facilitating client workshops that bring HR technology to life.

Contributing to generating profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

Influencing and persuading clients and stakeholders to gain support for project-related initiatives and decisions.

Building and maintaining your knowledge of HR technology and solutions on the market.

Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services.

The People Consulting department consists of 40 professionals who have at least one thing in common. Your office
Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace, a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.
Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Change Management, Human Resources or a related field.
-
Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within the HR field in a consulting/project environment with a strong affinity for HR technology, digital transformation and AI.

Demonstrable experience in working with HR technology or implementing HR technology.
-
Knowledge of the AI landscape (e.g., GenAI, automation, digital tools) and enthusiasm for guiding people and organizations in leveraging these technologies responsibly.

Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes
-
Skilled in managing stakeholders and client relationships in dynamic and complex environments.

Resilient in stressful situations and able to perform well under pressure.

Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

A true team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
