Practice Overview

Oracle Consulting practice in EY, a part of the ERP Consulting services, provides consulting services to clients with a focus on Enterprise Integration, Business Intelligence and Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. We assist clients in the successful deployment of Oracle's full suite of enterprise applications which includes Oracle eBusiness Suite, Fusion (HCM Cloud, CRM Cloud, Infrastructure Cloud), Siebel, PeopleSoft, Primavera, and Hyperion product ranges.

We support clients throughout the lifecycle of ERP deployments, including package selection, RFP creation, vendor selection, program management, ERP implementation, process mapping, pre-implementation and post-implementation reviews, and ongoing support. Our services span Financial Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, CRM, and Corporate Performance Management.

The Opportunity

EY MENA is recruiting for a Technical Consultant - Oracle to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. This role spans Senior Consultant to Assistant Manager level and offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical ERP support and resolve issues raised by users.
• Develop custom ERP forms, modules, and reports.
• Configure and implement standard and custom ERP modules.
• Develop solutions in alignment with architecture and coding standards.
• Collaborate with users on development, testing, and deployment.
• Design, build, and test Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Work with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and determine feasibility.
• Prepare technical designs and specifications.
• Contribute to integration strategies including FBDI, APIs, messaging, and file-based solutions.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using Composer tools.
• Generate reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP development.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementations (minimum 2–3 projects).
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, ADF, OAF.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of RICE/RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Experience in data migration tools such as FBDI, HDL, ADFDI.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with APEX, DevOps, or automation tools is an advantage.
