Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Mid-Level Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with proven experience in applying these skills to solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from data, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and measure impact.
• Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain and improve existing models and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all analytical processes.
• Manage the full cycle of the Data models
• Experience in MLOps

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to NLP, time series analysis, or deep learning.
• Experience working in agile environments.
