The opportunity
As a Supervising Associate within the MENA Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team, you will play a key role in driving internal communications and engagement across the Assurance Service Line. Working closely with Assurance leadership, Talent stakeholders and BMC colleagues, you will support the development and execution of impactful communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, reinforce strategic priorities and enhance connectivity across the MENA region.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with MENA Assurance priorities and strategic objectives.
- Create compelling content and messaging across multiple channels, including intranet articles, email campaigns, newsletters, leadership communications, presentations, webcasts and internal events.
- Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging and audience-focused communications.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to Assurance leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, culture and connectivity across the region.
- Ensure communications are aligned with EY's global and regional brand standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with BMC colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and performance reporting, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement or a related field.
- Experience developing and managing communication campaigns in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to create compelling content across a range of communication channels and formats.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you'll also
- Have experience within a professional services or Big Four environment.
- Possess knowledge of Arabic.
- Have experience supporting leadership communications and large-scale employee engagement initiatives.
- Be familiar with communication measurement and reporting tools.
