The opportunity
As an Account Manager within EY’s Client Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic account management across some of EY’s most important client relationships.
Working closely with Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs), account leadership teams, industry leaders, and service line stakeholders, you will help shape account strategies, identify growth opportunities, strengthen client intelligence, and drive disciplined execution of account priorities.
The Account Manager serves as the central point of orchestration across strategic accounts, bringing together insights, stakeholders, and plans to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. You will play an important role in helping account teams deepen client relationships, coordinate complex initiatives, unlock opportunities, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
This opportunity is ideally suited to professionals with experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, consulting, or professional services who enjoy working with senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic account plans across priority client accounts.
- Work closely with GCSPs, account leadership teams, and service line stakeholders to drive account priorities and growth objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate account governance activities, leadership meetings, account reviews, and planning sessions.
- Monitor account performance, client relationship health, pipeline activity, and strategic initiatives.
- Support account teams in identifying and qualifying growth opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret client, market, and account intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders, service lines, and geographic teams.
- Track key actions, opportunities, risks, and deliverables to ensure disciplined execution of account priorities.
- Support account planning workshops and strategic growth discussions.
- Help strengthen client engagement through proactive coordination, communication, and relationship management.

Ideally, you'll also have
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience within account management, business development, client relationship management, consulting, sales operations, markets, or a related field.
- Experience working within a professional services, consulting, or client-facing environment.
- Experience supporting strategic accounts, client portfolios, or business development initiatives.
- Exposure to account planning, stakeholder management, and growth enablement activities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
