Senior Consultant - Technology Consulting - Oracle - Amman - Jordan

The Opportunity

As a Technology Consulting professional, you'll help organizations realize the value they can gain from their technology investments by supporting strategic decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and enabling business transformation.

As part of EY's Technology Consulting practice, you will work with leading organizations across the public and private sectors, helping clients design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions that drive business value. You will work on complex transformation programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Working across industries and geographies, you will gain exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives while developing the consulting, leadership, and technical skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Profile Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support projects.
• Experience working with one or more Oracle solution areas, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and Oracle EBS.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are enabled through Oracle technologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle-based solutions.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working within consulting firms or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Oracle certifications are considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Oracle transformation projects across various industries.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and support solution design activities.
• Configure Oracle applications and assist with functional and technical implementation tasks.
• Support business process improvement initiatives and recommend leading practices.
• Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Contribute to proposal development, demonstrations, and business development activities where required.
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members.
• Adhere to EY quality standards, methodologies, and risk management requirements.
