The opportunity

EY Jordan is recruiting for a Senior Consultant – Oracle SCM to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team in Amman. In this role, you will support the delivery of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, working across implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives.

You will play a key role in driving functional workstreams, supporting client engagements, and delivering high-quality Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Support implementation of Oracle SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Configure Oracle SCM applications and support end-to-end project delivery

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation

- Support integrations, data migration, and reporting activities

- Conduct client workshops, testing (SIT/UAT), and training sessions

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices

- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing production support

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and EY methodologies

- Prepare documentation including solution design, test scripts, and user guides

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field

- 4–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP with a focus on SCM modules

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, etc.)

- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and workflows

- Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment phases

- Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration activities

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Ideally, you’ll also have

- Oracle SCM Cloud certifications

- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)

- Experience working in consulting environments

- Exposure to regional (Middle East) client engagements
