Job description
As a Senior Consultant in Integrity Due Diligence, you will be responsible for leading and expanding a team, providing strategic sourcing services, managing client relationships, and overseeing the development of integrity due diligence reports.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of professionals in the integrity due diligence space.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes high performance and development.
• Provide strategic direction and sourcing services to clients, ensuring tailored and impactful due diligence solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to adopt innovative sourcing methods.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Align team efforts to deliver high-quality outcomes within established budgets and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and ensure the successful delivery of due diligence projects.
• Oversee the progress of team members to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Provide consistent follow-up with the team to align them with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct, review, and finalize detailed integrity due diligence reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered to clients on time.
• Continuously improve the reporting process for clarity, accuracy, and value.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance and any related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years Proven experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
