The opportunity
This opportunity is within our Oracle team for EPM solutions which is based in our centre of excellence of Egypt and Jordan.
In this fast- moving new space you will be the main driver in identifying clients and business development.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle EPM tools and best practices.
- Perform complex financial analyses and modeling to support the planning and forecasting processes.
- Customize and optimize EPM applications to align with client-specific business processes and reporting needs.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM product features, industry trends, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM consulting, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle EPM implementations, Minimum 3 complete end-to-end implementations
- Extensive knowledge of EPM Modules especially Planning and Financial Consolidation & Close. Knowing other EPM modules like Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, Enterprise Data Management is a plus.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Track record with a leading consulting firm
- Proficiency in the Arabic language
