The opportunity

 

We look for an individual to join our Consulting Service Quality team which oversees the risk management for all the opportunities and projects in the Consulting Service Line and to continue to build professional skills in an international environment.

 

Purpose of the role

 

Run the day-to-day operations of the Consulting Service Quality function and provide support in risk identification and mitigation to multiple teams in their bids and projects.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Work with multiple pursuit teams concurrently to identify and mitigate risks for their proposals, and advise on scope assumptions and limitations.
  • Attend calls or review bids on short notice
  • Work with multiple project teams to review their projects against a set criteria, idenity risk and mitigate them after alignement with project leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify red flags or escalate matters appropriately and involve the relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection laws and other firm’s security matters.
  • Work closely with projects teams to advise the legal department idenitfied risks and agree how to mitigate them in the contract.
  • Review third party risks and mitigate risks in alignment with project teams.
  • Provide guidance multiple teams regarding the firm’s policies, procedures and risk management practices.
  • Implement new or modify existing procedures and controls to address policy changes or identified risks, while aligning with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the market and regulator updates for emerging risks and advise on potential impacts to the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation of risk reports for senior management and leadership, highlighting risk exposures, mitigation efforts, recommendations and residual risk.
  • Facilitate risk management training and awareness programs across the organization.
  • Manage a virtual team to run day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk-related matters, or process improvement.

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in risk management, busines administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g.,ICertERM, PMI-RMP, CRM) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in risk management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • 5-10 years of experience

 

Working Conditions

 

Hybrid. Work remotely but will need to come to the office.
