Designer - AI Hub - Associate 2 - (Amman or Cairo)

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our AI Hub team across MENA. You’ll work closely with consultants, data scientists, and senior leaders to turn complex ideas into clear, sharp, and visually engaging content.

Our team is spread across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Cairo, and Amman. This role is open to candidates based in Cairo or Amman.

What you’ll be doing
  • Designing high-impact PowerPoint decks for client presentations and internal use
  • Creating visuals that explain complex ideas simply, including infographics,   diagrams, and layouts
  • Using AI tools as part of your design workflow to create or enhance visuals, illustrations, videos, and presentation content
  • Supporting proposals, reports, and thought leadership with consistent, high-quality design
  • Designing branded assets in line with EY guidelines
  • Managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasionally supporting short videos, motion graphics, or simple animations

What we’re looking for
  •  3+ years’ experience in graphic or presentation design
  •  Strong PowerPoint skills with a clear sense of structure and storytelling
  •  Solid experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  •  Experience creating videos or motion content using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
  •  Practical experience using AI tools to support design work, improve speed, or explore new creative ideas
  •  Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
  •  Comfortable working in a corporate or consulting environment
  •  Clear communicator who takes feedback well and works collaboratively
