The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join the MENA Independence/Risk Management team in Jordan. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in compliance, risk, and ethics.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the independence efforts across KSA, ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules, including EY Global and local country policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the KSA Independence team by applying knowledge of auditor local independence rules, in line with SOCPA, and EYG policies.
• Assist in assessing client acceptance and performing periodic independence procedures.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with EY team members across the region.
• Promote commitment to ethics, audit quality, risk management, and independence within the firm.
• Participate in additional projects as needed to support the independence initiatives in MENA.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work across multiple stakeholders.
• A keen interest in compliance, ethics, and maintaining risk/independence standards.
