In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the business to navigate complex demand cycles, supply augmentation, and skills/capacity planning.
The opportunity
This role is for a resource management leader and workforce-planning specialist who activates the day-to-day operations of the Experience Management function. Your role is to ensure we maximize business performance and deliver on our talent promise through proactive management of our talent pool. You will obtain these by ensuring the team allocates the right people, to the right role, at the right time and support project demand prioritization. You will be using your specialist knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximize productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management – Responsible for XM brand and value realization of the function within Consulting’s Leadership Team, SubService Line Leaders and Partner Group across MENA
- In collaboration with the COO, SubService Line Leads and Business Enablement, define the Supply & Demand strategy and coordinate across Consulting
- Identify talent pool productivity and optimization initiatives that address bench and available capacity; understanding capability demand and proactively identifying opportunities for all available resources including monthly performance management reviews in collaboration with the Strategic Talent Consultant on PIP’s, internal transfers and realignments
- Address revenue leakage management and data quality – Ensuring ubiquitous and effective use of key enablers and data quality that supports rapid decisions including ongoing review and improvement on methods of data dissemination, insights and the solutions needed
- Ensure effective deployment of our people across borders, identify solutions by minimizing issues and coordinating with various members of EY’s internal teams such as Talent (Immigration, CBTS and Procurement) whilst, in parallel guiding Partners on important considerations, timelines and welfare
- Drive ‘Experience Management’ through relentless identification and delivery of career experiences as part of the DNA in staffing decisions associated with each engagement.
- Pipeline & Demand management – Ensuring direct connectivity between pursuits teams and the experience management team across MENA Consulting’s Near/Offshore hubs, Graduate Program, Experienced and sponsored pool of GDS FTEs including alignment and availability of skills.
- Facilitate SL wide productivity pushes and work closely with SubService Line Leaders, Engagement Partners and Engagement Managers to leveraging backlog consumption conjunction with E2C
- Seek out and identify new initiatives/ ways of working, in consultation with Consulting’s COO, MENA’s Regional Talent Leader and Strategic Talent Consultant to improve functional delivery of XM across the SL (including Contingent Workers and SubContractors).
- Custodian of annual leave management exception approval to carry over including seasonal consumption campaigns to minimize unassigned time.
- Lead change and adoption of ProFinda across the business and within XM as well as represent the Region globally in various change and enhancement forums.
- Sponsorship of the Translation Hub to maximize productivity and chargeability
- Control owner for ISQM initiatives and activities relating to Operational Workforce Planning and Strategic Workforce planning.

To qualify you must have
- Experience with workforce planning and/or business operations within professional services environments
- Refined relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of business systems and refined data analysis skills
- Experience collaborating closely with colleagues in a high-performing team
Ideally, you will also have
- A degree or postgraduate in a related discipline
- People management and development experience
