The Opportunity

 

Within our Consulting Services our Technology Solution Delivery team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analysis resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends of financial consolidation, planning and reporting requirements.   

 

In order to reinforce our Technology Solution Delivery team, we are currently looking for a resource with knowledge of Digital Finance/Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence/Data analytics to support client engagement teams and to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Participate in and manage important client engagement teams regarding the implementation of Digital Finance projects around various reporting requirements  
  • Manage projects independently from blueprint to go-live by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for all our clients
  • Provide product trainings to clients
  • Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team
  • Perform presales activities and product demonstrations
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have
 

  • Experience of having implemented atleast 2 engagements covering FCCS and EPBCS
  • Conceptual understanding of other EPM modules like Workforce Planning, ARCS, EDMCS etc. will be a value add
  • Experience on designing of end to end design for EPM applications esp. FCCS and EPBCS
  • You have good people management skills
  • Experience with proposal creation/business development is a plus
  • Knowledge of any other CPM / Business Intelligence solution is an asset
  • You have a Master background in finance/economics and/or IT
  • You are willing to travel
     

(EPBCS):

Solution Design and Implementation:

 

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective EPBCS solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementation of EPBCS solutions for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
  • Lead the technical aspects of EPBCS projects, including system architecture, data modelling, and workflow design.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
  • Integrate EPBCS with multiple source systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Customize and deploy EPBCS solutions based on client-specific business requirements.
  • Knowledge of writing groovy scripting and business rules.
  • Knowledge of out of the box EPBCS modules.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience:

 

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience in financial performance management and consolidation.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with EPBCS products.
  • Experience with AIH (Analytical Information Hub) and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Accounting Educational background is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of EPBCS functionality and setup.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping, and calculations.
  • Experience in designing workflows and metadata in EPBCS.

 

Soft Skills:

 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

 

Certifications:

 

–            Relevant certifications in EPBCS or EPM product suite will be advantageous

(FCCS):

  • Charted Account qualification is mandatory qualification for FCCS.

  • Strong understanding of FCCS functionality and setup.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping, and calculations.
  • Experience in designing workflows and metadata in FCCS.
  • Understanding of pre-seeded system calculations for consolidation, translation and cashflow.

 

Soft Skills:

 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

 

Certifications:

 

              Relevant certifications in FCCS will be advantageous
