The opportunity
As a Product Manager in our Digital Engineering practice, you will lead the definition and delivery of digital products that solve complex client challenges. You’ll work across strategy, user needs, and delivery, owning the product vision and roadmap while guiding cross-functional teams through development. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution discipline in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value.
- Requirement Definition: Translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and inform future decisions.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- 6–10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technology or consulting environment
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Pragmatic Institute Product Management certification are preferred
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering digital products in agile environments
- Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, APIs, cloud-native architectures)
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and QA
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into product features
Domain/Industry Advantage:
- Understanding of sector-specific challenges and user journeys in government, energy, or financial services
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or consumer-facing applications
Soft Skills:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-informed decisions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Empathetic leadership and ability to align teams to a shared product vision
- Resilience and adaptability in complex stakeholder environments
