The Opportunity
We are currently hiring for CVM Campaign & Personalization Analyst - (Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager level) to join our Commercial / Customer Value Creation Team.
You will support with client engagements to diagnose, design, and operationalize customer value management (CVM), Personalization and next‑best‑action/offer programs. You’ll help turn data and models into targeted lifecycle campaigns that improve ARPU/CLV and reduce churn, while safeguarding customer experience and regulatory compliance. This role requires hands‑on experience with real customer bases and production campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Discovery, Diagnosis & Business Case:
- Support the discovery workshops, data and process assessments, and KPI baseline activity
- Gather the churn, ARPU, activation metrics and support with the business case
- CVM Strategy and Roadmap Design:
- Support with the CVM strategy and roadmap design activities
- Translate client commercial goals into segmentation frameworks, eligibility/priority rules, and contact policy registers under guidance
- Personalization Architecture & Model Operationalization:
- Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and demographics to create segments and basic propositions
- Help document strategies to reduce churn and increase retention/loyalty
- Embed propensity to churn/buy/uplift scores supplied by the Data Science team in real time/batch decisioning and drive top-line growth through proactive cross-sell/up-sell initiatives
- Lifecycle & Campaign Management:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including personalized offers (SMS, email, app notifications)
- Maintain the templates, audience libraries, and QA checklists
- Experimentation, Measurement and Reporting:
- Set up the test and control methodology for both the pilot programs and full scale launches, define success up front, and assess the results
- Monitor and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, CLV, and ROI of campaigns
- Stakeholder & Change Management:
- Act as a day-to-day liaison with marketing, product, sales, channel and data science teams to ensure consistent customer experience and to productionize propensity/churn/uplift models
- Support the preparation of leadership reports, manage RAID logs and ensure audit ready documentation
Qualification Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in CVM/Personalization and campaign management with hands-on experience in managing real campaigns on production data
- Experience in experiment design (holdouts, stratification) and measuring incremental value
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business results
- In‑house CVM experience at a corporate entity or multi‑client campaign/personalization project work within a top consulting hub
- Structured problem‑solving, client facilitation and support the executive narrative
- Clear communication, ability to follow runbooks and document decisions for audit
Technical Expertise:
- Campaign orchestration platforms (any): Experience with one of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Unica, SAS CI 360, or Pega Customer Decision Hub is preferred
- BI/Reporting (any): Power BI, Tableau
- Languages (any): SQL, basic Python or R is a plus
