IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Managed Services - AI & Data – Data & Analytics - Pursuit and Transition (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1581649), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Alpharetta, GA. 

 

Work directly with EY professionals, pursuit teams, internal delivery teams and client teams to define and transition solution strategies as well as contributing to shaping deal opportunities for Tech Ops delivery throughout the pursuit and transition cycle. Participate in assigned deal pursuits to understand client needs and align EY's services to meet those needs in a repeatable, sustainable and profitable business model. Encompass application managed services, digital solutions including custom development and bespoke solutions. The solution team caters to account teams and clients in all sectors with an emphasis on the larger, more complex managed service deals. Responsible for building the business into a significant solution for the firm, achieving target margin and revenue targets and driving innovative solutions. Help pursue and transition complex deals across all sectors. Collaborate with account and pursuit teams to define all elements of the solution model to accurately estimate the cost, effort, and timeline to deliver in collaboration. Ensure that transition and transformation estimate, and timelines are costed correctly, and timelines are achievable. Work closely with functional (Subject Matter Experts/Subject Matter Resources) SMEs/SMRs and technology/transformation leads to assist in development of target operating models, implementation plans, and client value propositions related to the solution and delivery expectations. Support cost and price inputs from SMEs/ SMRs that guide the integrity of the design once compiled to ensure a design holistic model. 
 
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field and 6 years of work experience. The employer will accept an additional 2 years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in consulting, managed services, or solution architecture. 
 
Must have at least 4 years of experience communicating with executive-level clients, internal stakeholders, and pursuit teams.   
 
Must have 4 years of experience facilitating pursuit readiness sessions, supporting client touchpoints, developing proposals and preparing for oral presentations to prospective clients. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience assisting in development of target operating models, implementation plans, and client value propositions related to the solution and delivery expectations. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience managing a project/program team, including setting priorities, monitoring performance, and staffing teams with resources. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience managing a team of consulting professionals, providing regular status updates, monitoring project economics and managing client relationships.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience with business case and pricing model development during pursuits. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment. 
 
Requires domestic travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
