Global Tax Quality enables Tax Service Line professionals to serve clients and achieve success in the marketplace by providing practical advice on how to protect the EY brand and reputation by understanding and managing regulatory and professional obligations and mitigating risks inherent in our professional services while providing high quality tax services to our clients.

The opportunity

The GTQ Supervising Associate for Communications and Operations enables GTQ to proactively manage how it supports the Tax Service Line of today and the future by supporting publication of impactful communications and handling project management for Global Tax Quality responsibilities and special projects.

    • Demonstrate interest in new technologies, with a willingness to learn, adopt, and promote to enhance Tax Quality operations.
    • Interface comfortably with executives in Global, Region, and Local Tax Quality.
    • Act as the “engine” of Tax Quality, including project management and related activities as and when requested by Tax Quality Leadership, and proactively connect the dots between various initiatives and points of contact.
    • Quantify and report Tax Quality’s performance and effectiveness across Regions and SSLs through various means including dashboard style presentations, newsletters, and leadership updates.
