Digital Solution Enablement Functional Lead - Assistant Director (Multiple Positions) (1688490), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Alpharetta, GA.
Support the configuration, development, testing and implementation of computer systems to deliver functional and process efficiencies for talent and HR functions. Deliver high quality lifecycle management of all computer systems of changes through to production (inclusive of cloud-based systems) to include identification, development, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionalities across all talent vendor platforms. Supports cross functional platform related system administration activities covering system access, information security, data maintenance, release management and other system related activities as they apply to the ongoing management of our production systems. Work with Vendors and internal teams where required, provide feedback to vendors on release issues or incidents. Follow strict governance path around the migration of code to production and the subsequent update to non production environments. Work closely with the Solution Enablement lead and Talent IT product support operations transition manager for a successful transition from development to business as usual (BAU) considering all relevant processes and procedures including testing, hypercare and correct documentation. Collaborate and work across all Digital Talent, Talent IT, Talent and vendor teams to deliver technology and digital solutions to enable the employee experience and drive long term value.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of related progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in delivering functional digital solutions for business needs and delivering digital design and architecture.
Must have 4 years of experience working on the configuration, development, testing and implementation of Artificial Intelligence/Automation platforms to achieve functional and process efficiencies.
Must have 4 years of experience in technology implementation projects, including SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, and/or similar platforms.
Must have 4 years of experience in gathering business requirements and needs and shaping data government processes and systems.
Must have 4 years of experience working with third party vendors and/or external system implementors to deliver digital solutions from design to enablement.
Requires up to domestic and international 10% travel, to serve client needs.
