Staff/Intern in Transaction Diligence

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our SaT Transaction Diligence team as an Intern. As an Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals on diverse projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects for our clients.

Job description:

• Assist in conducting financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions, including reviewing financial statements, identifying key financial metrics, and assessing financial risks and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including financial analysts, consultants, and senior advisors to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a keen interest in finance and corporate transactions. Minimum GPA – 3.5/4.33 or 3.3/4.0.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Advanced level of English.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
