Senior associate (Strategy&Transactions, Transaction Diligence)

Area of responsibilities and tasks:

• Providing financial due diligence services to merger and acquisition deals conducted by various financial and corporate buyers.
• Analyzing the Target's business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets and key deal issues
• Responsible for engagement planning, preliminary review of deal structure
• Participation in client and internal meetings
• Work closely with clients, targets and other professionals in the legal, tax and valuation fields
• Assisting management in business and team development

Requirements:

• A degree in finance or related field
• Prior work experience in financial analysis, audit or transaction diligence over 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting and corporate finance
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and standards
• ACCA / CFA certification (or in process) is a plus
• Advanced user: MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to details
• Fluent English and Russian
