Senior PR Specialist in Marketing

In this role you will focus on implementing marketing plans and carrying out marketing activities to support the EY business, brand identity and positioning, reporting to the EY Kazakhstan Marketing Manager. This includes creating content in various forms (thought leaderships, blog articles, creating posts in social media drafting newsletters and short news).

You will support various marketing projects - understanding the objectives; developing an action plan; coordinating with relevant stakeholders and creating materials to support the campaign, as well as working with the regional marketing managers to report on delivery success/areas for improvement.

As part of our PR & communication activities, you will be working closely with the business media and TV channels to support marketing campaign and thought leadership.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with the business teams to drive key messages and increase brand coverage in business media
• Creating marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the creative design teams to drive social media campaigns
• Work with business media and business partners to coordinate EY activities and ensure right brand positioning
• Liaise with the corporate marketing and knowledge teams on global campaigns, knowledge sharing initiatives, and other corporate activities

Languages:

Russian and English (upper intermediate)

Overall Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business media, creating the articles would be an advantage

Skills:

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to represent the organization in diverse events
• Attention to details and high-speed performance
• Good marketing research skills and conducting competitive intelligence analysis
• Solid knowledge of corporate reputation and business ethics
