Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule reservations of conference halls
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.
  • Organize drivers’ work
     

Education and Experience:

  • University degree
  • Experience in administrative area would be a plus
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Excel)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Fluent English
