Position Overview:
As the Head of BMC you will lead the marketing strategies and initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving client engagement, and ensuring the company's growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local markets, cultural nuances, and industry trends to effectively promote the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
  - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Caucasus and Central Asia markets.
  - Align marketing plans with the company’s business objectives and regional goals.
  - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the consulting industry.

2. Brand Management:
  - Strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation in the region.
  - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  - Manage and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

3. Campaign Management:
  - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and business association platforms.
  - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize results.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.

4. Digital Marketing:
  - Oversee the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
  - Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital tactics to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

5. Team Leadership:
  - Lead and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
  - Provide guidance and support in the development and execution of individual marketing plans.
  - Encourage professional development and growth within the team.

6. Budget Management:
  - Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region.
  - Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI on marketing expenditures.
  - Report on financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Client Engagement:
  - Work closely with the business development and client service teams to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
  - Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  - Develop client case studies, testimonials, and success stories to support marketing efforts.

Requirements:
1. Education:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  - Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

2. Experience:
  - Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the professional services, audit, or consulting industry.
  - Proven track record of managing marketing operations across multiple countries.

3. Skills:
  - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  - Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Knowledge:
  - In-depth understanding of the Caucasus and Central Asia markets.
  - Familiarity with the audit and consulting industry is highly desirable.
  - Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages.
