The opportunity
As an Account Coordinator within EY’s Clients and Industries team, you will provide day to day support to one of most strategic accounts, helping the account leadership to deliver high quality client service. This is an entry level role suited to graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in account operations, stakeholder coordination within a professional services environment. You will work closely with Account leaders and internal stakeholders to support account activities, manage information accurately, and ensure tasks are completed on time, while upholding EY’s standards of quality, confidentiality, and integrity.

Your key responsibilities
• Support account leadership with day-to-day account management and coordination activities
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across service lines and functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and tracking information
• Assist with preparation of materials and insights to support account planning and decision-making
• Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time and in line with EY quality standards
• Handle confidential client and business information with professionalism and discretion
Skills and attributes for success
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Curiosity to understand client organizations and how EY supports them
• Ability to translate account data into a clear and structured narrative
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Ideally, you’ll also have
• A graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
• An interest in developing a career in client services or account operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and deadline-oriented environment
