The EY practice is a fast paced, ever-changing business, with clients that expect service and quality excellence delivered on all projects. The Firm has four Service Lines in the areas of Consulting, Assurance, Strategy and Transactions and Tax.
You will contribute by providing exceptional administrative support to our customers, based on a strong knowledge and application of firm processes, tools, and specialized needs of each Service Line. This support will be delivered in a proactive, collaborative, and cost-effective manner, reflecting an active knowledge-sharing culture. The Business Support Centre’s (BSC) customer base includes client-serving Senior Managers and CBS Associate Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative services, including:
- Preparation of documents required for financial reports.
- Conducting general information searches.
- Preparing payment requisition forms and seeking the required approvals for payment.
- Ordering office stationery and business card printing.
- Coordinating small projects while providing cost-effective solutions.
- Working seamlessly with other ESS and CBS functions.
- Performing other ad hoc general administrative duties as required.
- The position holder will also perform other responsibilities and tasks as needed to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.
Skills & Competencies:
- GCE 'O' Level or above.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a team administrative role is preferred, Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Committed team player, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office and EY tools).
