The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CMRO Specialist to lead and optimize aircraft and engine maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in airline maintenance, MRO operations, and CMRO solutions, with a strong focus on process improvement, digital transformation, and cost efficiency.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
   
• 15+ years of experience in CMRO, MRO, or airline maintenance operations.
   
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, reliability engineering, and regulatory compliance.
   
• Hands-on experience with CMRO software solutions (e.g., Oracle Aviation, Ramco, AMOS, SAP, or similar).
   
• Strong project management skills with experience in PMO governance and solution assessments.
   
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
   
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation in maintenance operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage CMRO processes across aircraft, engines, and components, ensuring alignment with FAA, EASA, and IATA standards.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, leveraging AI and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead solution design and assessment for CMRO transformation projects, integrating modern digital tools and cloud-based MRO platforms.
• Collaborate with OEMs, airline operators, and MRO providers to establish strategic partnerships and improve service delivery.
• Drive compliance and regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance records and adherence to audit requirements.
• Optimize inventory and supply chain management for spare parts, reducing lead times and improving cost control.
• Support PMO initiatives to ensure successful deployment of CMRO solutions and continuous process improvement.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital twins, IoT, and AI-driven predictive maintenance.
• Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements in MRO operations.
• Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
