As a National Service Personnel within our Business Consulting team, you will work within diverse teams on various engagements in different industry sectors to assist with solving a whole range of complex tasks from the requirement to respond to the ever-changing demands of the market.

The opportunity
We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our Business Consulting team. You will work alongside respected industry professionals, gaining exposure to and applying leading practices to enhance process efficiency and technology capabilities.
This role sits within our Consulting team, which supports clients in enhancing the effectiveness of their operational functions. We do this by helping them transition from transaction-focused control, processing, and reporting to more value-driven decision support and analytics.
Your client responsibilities
Working as part of a team, you will assist clients in collecting relevant data and information, gaining an understanding of significant classes of transactions, performing substantive testing, maintaining working papers etc.
Your People Responsibilities
You will assist in identifying and anticipating risks within engagements and escalate any issues to senior team members. In line with EY’s commitment to quality, you will ensure that all work is of a high standard and is reviewed by the appropriate next-level reviewer. This role requires a willingness and ability to travel (approximately 50–70%).

Qualifications
- Final year university student pursuing Finance / Accounting/ HR or a related discipline.
- Expected CGPA of Second Class Upper or better
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
