Insurance Sector Transformation Consultant (Manager / Senior Manager) 

Our firm is seeking candidates to join the Insurance Advisory team across:
Strategy, Innovation and New Business Models
Customer-Led Design and Front-office Transformation
Operations Transformation & Optimization
Data Analytics & Management
Legacy/Core Systems Transformation)
Emerging Tech (incl. AI, Blockchain, Automation)

We help clients navigate industry change by supporting their strategy development, technology-enabled transformation efforts, operating model enhancement, and much more. Ideal candidates will possess an Insurance industry background, consulting or project management experience, technology knowledge, be a native Japanese and strong English speaker, have good teamwork skills, and possess a desire to help build client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
【応募資格】
Business development - You will be involved with client relationship development and identification of service delivery opportunities. You will assist the head of Insurance Advisory to manage a pipeline of opportunities.

Engagement delivery　： You will lead and support teams of consultants in delivering successful engagements, leveraging the EY network, methodologies, and best practices.

Brand development ： You will support brand development activities, including creating thought leadership, client discussion materials, and participating in industry events.

<Qualifications, Certifications>
5+ years of experience in / serving the Insurance Industry either as a consultant or in an insurance company
Project management experience
Proven experience in one of the following:
Strategy, Innovation and New Business Models
Customer-Led Design and Front-office Transformation
Operations Transformation & Optimization
Data Analytics & Management
Legacy/Core Systems Transformation)
Emerging Tech (incl. AI, Blockchain, Automation)

Native Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English language skill
